Sebastian Münkel is a Master’s student in Biophysics at the Technical University of Munich. During his Bachelor’s degree, he worked on the optimisation of training data for neural network applications in astroparticle physics. He joined the BPM Group in December 2025 to improve the modeling of Physarum polycephalum growth fronts.
