Jan Jedryszek worked at the European Space Agency and German Aerospace Center (DLR) on lunar regolith bio-mining technology. He finished his bachelor’s in Neurobiology at Jagiellonian University, focusing on error correction mechanisms during neurodevelopment.
Jan joined the Max Planck School program Matter to Life at Heidelberg University, from which he graduated with a Master’s degree in Molecular Systems Chemistry and Engineering.
He is conducting his PhD work in the groups of Karen Alim and Friedrich Simmel (Physics of Synthetic Biological Systems) where he focuses on engineering microfluidic vasculature systems and information transfer in fluid networks.
